IPG - A Game Changer

IPG is a most reliable, efficient & effective solution to convert pellets to clean combustible gas. In simple words, IPG is a Split Pellet Burner. The Gasifier reactor (Outdoor unit) & gas burner (indoor unit). Gasifying the biomass in IPG creates an energy carrier gas commonly known as producer gas,which has a higher energy density and thus, results in a more complete combustion whereas in regular traditional pellet burners, the chemical energy is transferred into another energy carrier heat. That's why IPG ensures lower emission of undesirable compounds. 

Thus Expensive fuels like LPG/ Diesel etc can be effectively replaced by pellets without any changes in operation, de-rating of existing equipment, temperature profile &, product quality. It is a simple, reliable & perfect solution for bringing down the energy cost by as much as 50 % .

IPG provides a number of advantages. Gasifier Reactor a refractory lined reaction chamber can be physically isolated from the oven/ furnace etc & the gas can be piped from IPG to specially designed burners. This gas has a Calorific value of around 1,200 - 1400 kcal/m3, which is much lower in comparison to CNG /PNG/LPG/DIESEL, but it can be burnt with high efficiency & good degree of control in specially designed burners. The handling of fuel & ash removal will be away from the Production Area. No possibility of contamination or pollution in the work area. 

The technology used in IPG is a response to the increasingly stringent environmental standards and growing environmental awareness as Unfortunately, conventional/ traditional pellet burners, burn the pellet to produce heat, which results in air pollution & contributes to health issues even though they are using renewable resources. Day by day, most Govt bodies, Pollution Board, Supreme Court, NGT are imposing restrictions on use of any other fuel technology. Today’s limits on emissions on 50mg/Nm3 of dust/particles are quite hard for many existing pellet burners to meet due to direct combustion of the pellets. The Infinite Gasification process IPG is a solution to this problem. The hot clean gases from Infinite Energy plants are even much below 50 mg/Nm3 of particles. Infinite IPG units could therefore be placed in both rural and urban environments. For thermal applications the technology is well proven & systems are satisfactorly working in the field with capacities from 150 kWth to 3 MWth.
